The golden rule is to recruit ingame as well. Even if its not the game you are building a guild for you can still play and get a feel for people. Jump in DAoC or CoH or something and start talking about GW. The people that repond might be looking to get onboard with someone they can play with over there. Guild members recruited on a forum generally end up being generally vapour come release.

I know this is my own thread but if you must know The Iron Wolves were mercenaries hired by the people of kurast I Diablo II Lord of Destruction to protect there docks from Mephisto The Lord of Hatred and I have heard of the steel wolves but The Iron Wolves is still a cool name
