Just curious. I've found it pretty difficult to find a good guild to join, that's recruiting, and so I'm toying with the idea of just starting one myself
If you're a guild recruiting similar to what I'm looking for, let me know :P If not...
I'd like to form a small group of folks dedicated to PvP -- preferably 4v4, HoH, and GvG -- I enjoy it all -- that are maybe in the same situation. Ideally we'd:
* Aim to have fun first and foremost, trying new builds, etc., and pvp'ing.
* Be mature / 18+ (no offense kids, I'm in my mid-20's and would prefer a more... adult environment).
* Win.
Did I mention have fun? I don't play GW or any PC game for drama. The point would be just a loose collective/guild to HoH/GvG etc. I have nearly everything unlocked myself and am R3 (tough to HoH without a good dedicated group), but need to work on my ranger stuff. I prefer playing a mesmer, monk, and then necro in that order, but can do pretty much any build that isn't /r r/.
I have a LOT of PvP experience -- UO, Shadowbane, DAOC, and recently WOW (which I dumped this Summer - have only been playing GW for a little over a month).
If there's enough like minded people, I can easily setup a domain name/site/forums and currently have a hosted Vent server already going (although I'm open to Gamecomm or TS as well). If you'd like to chat about startin' something up, give me a holler:
