Hell Reapers (http://hellreapers.com)

A warm welcome from Hell Reapers (HR). We pride ourselves on being
a mature Guild, operating with honor and integrity. The wishes
of members are paramount in providing a stable and fun gaming
platform for enjoyment within the Guild.

We are now in a position to offer membership opportunities within
our ranks for Guild Wars. Within HR, sensible and committed
members can relax and enjoy gaming with like minded people. We do
not claim, nor aspire to be an "uber Guild", we leave those
claims for others. We will be a guild of neutral status within
guild wars.

Our members are taken from the corners of the Globe, and include
countries such as; Australia, Croatia, Holland, Scotland,
England, Sweden, Germany, the US and Canada (over the various
time zones). This list is not exhaustive.

Since the establishment of HR, over two years ago, we have
progressed and grown as a Guild and have managed to nurture the
qualities of individuals within our family.

So, if you are looking for opportunities with HR, we would be
delighted to hear from you...remember you don't need to be the
best gamer in the World, just bring an eagerness to participate
and a respect for your fellow Guild members. Let US do the rest.

For more information about our guild and our involvement
in Guild Wars, please check our website and fill out the form
on the Join page if interested in joining.

*Some pages are currently undergoing heavy construction
by our web-mistress, Moonshaye, and hopefully will be full of
content soon. Until then, feel free to visit our forums where
you can get to know some of our members. We currently have
around 110-120 members and are currently playing Diablo II: LOD
and WC3 (Azeroth Realm) awaiting the release of Guild Wars.

Hell Reapers is a competitive guild and are planning to be fully involved
with Guild War’s PVP and PVE (PVM) aspects. Come check us
out and see what our plan for the game is!

Major updates to the site. The last time I posted, our rules were not complete and our guild structure as well. Here they are. (The Guild Structure is subject to change, mainly because of the unexpectancy of the guild cap):

RULES:

CHAIN OF COMMAND: The chain of command will be and should always be
upheld and respected.

NEW CHARACTER CREATION: We recommend all members play a dedicated
profession. But, there will be a designated time for anyone to create a new
character on the 1st through the 7th of each month. This will prevent members from constantly making a new character every few days (but remember, everyone can only have one account and it only holds a limited amount of characters.) But we prefer everyone choose a dedicated profession during your 3 week probation.

GUILD CHARACTER TAGS: When creating a new character, All members must display the HR tag at the end of their character name (ex: john boy HR /King Zan HR). This will make it easier to identify and distinguish the Hell Reapers from any other guilds. we will issue ingame ranks using the ingame ranking system.

PROBATION: Everyone gets a 3 week probation period to have time to
pick and choose your dedicated profession and also this time is used for
full members to review new recruits for acceptance into the guild.

TREASURY: If and when we get a treasury, everyone will be asked to
pay dues into it each week. The set amount of gold will be 200 each week. The gold will be paid to your Earl and he will keep track of who pays and post a list at the beginning of the next week of who did'nt pay. This is for
guildhall upgrades and emergency spending for the guild.

SHARED STASH: Everyone will be asked to donate any extra skill gems
you find that you don't need for your current character. This will benefit all
members. Also be sure to donate anything else that may be useful to others
in the guild that you do not want or need. We want to be able to help all
members to build a strong character as quickly as possible for team play.

STEALING: It will not be tolerated. This will cause instant removal from
guild and banishment from our forums.

CHEATING/HACKING: The use of 3rd party programs to cheat or enhance
your characters abilities beyond what the game originally intended is expressly
forbidden.

X-FIRE MESSENGER: We require all Guildwar's members to download and
use xfire messenger service for communication outside of the game.
http://www.xfire.com/xf/index.php

BEGGING: We do not allow begging for items. If you need an item, check
the shared stash and take what you need for your current character, but do not get greedy (please!). This is for all of us to share. If what you are looking for is not found in the shared stash, then feel free to post it in our trading forum (you might get lucky and get it for free after all).

MATURITY: Please behave in a mature manner when posting in our forums
and other forums. You are representing HR as a clan and yourself as well.
Members found acting inappropriately (such as threats to other clans/people)
will not be tolerated. Misbehavior on the home forums can result in your
account being muted for a designated period of time. Also, act in a mature
manner in-game as well. Lets try to keep any cursing through text out of the
game. If we decide to use Teamspeak, lets keep the bad language to a minimum.

DUAL CLANNING: We at Hell Reapers respectively request that prior to
joining Hell Reapers you quit any membership to any other Guild Wars guilds.
Dual memberships can hamper guild efforts and can divide loyalties.

FRIENDS LIST: All members are to ensure that their list includes all
members from your squad, the King, Queen, Duke, and your divisions
Marquises. But you can put anyone on your list from the other squads as well,
if there is not a limit on the friends list.

AWAY FORUM: If you are planning on being away for a period of time,
please be sure and leave a notice of this in the Away Forum. Members who are absent from the realm and/or from message board for an unacceptable amount of time will have themselves removed from the guild roster and find their Hell Reapers forums' account expired. If this happens and the member wishes to rejoin after an extended period of absence, they must go through the recruiting process once more. No exceptions, so if you will be away please post it.

ROLLCALL: We require that all members sign a Rollcall on the forums once
a month to keep track of all active members. This will go up on the 1st of
every month and come down on the 15th. Then all members that missed it will
be displayed for the remainder of the month awaiting your signature. If you
fail to sign it by the end of the month, then you will be removed from the
guild roster and guildhall admittance.

Guild Wars Guild Structure:

First off, the top leadership within the game will be the King, Queen,
and Duke.

Our guild will consist of two divisions, division A (PVP) and division
B (Co-op). Each division will be led by a Marquis, who will oversee new
recruits and answer any questions recruits may have. He will be the
"goto" guy for his division. He will also relay messages from higher ranks to his earls.

Each division will have four squads. Squad 1a, 2a, 3a, and 4a will be
the PVP squads for Division A. Squads 1b, 2b, 3b, and 4b will be the
co-op squads for Division B. Each squad will be led by an Earl. The
Earl's job will be to collect dues from his squad and keep a list of
who does not pay. Also, he will help to form even parties to keep
one party from having eight elementalists or one warrior and seven
necromancers. We want balanced parties. He will also help come
up with formations and strategies for his squad to go against other
guilds. He will also bring any questions the members of the squad
may have to the Marquis or Duke's attention and vice-versa.

Each squad will consist of teams of 4-8 members each depending
on howmany the mission or arena will allow in. A team will be led
by a Lord with a Viscount of the Lord's choosing as his
alternative/secondary leader. We will start out with five Lords and
Viscounts. These numbers may rise as our membership increases.
The team leaders will be able to choose different professions to be
on their team or have the Earl temporarily assign people to each
team as needed. This way, the teams will be pretty flexible. Nobody
will be assigned to a team other than the Lords and Viscounts. You
will have team 1a, team 2a, team 3a and so on...with a Lord and
Viscount forming each team. Over time, some of the members may
prefer to play in the same team every time. This makes it so that
we do not need to depend on a whole party of certain people to be
online before we can have a full party. We just have to depend on
enough team leaders to be online to form enough parties to group
everyone at that time. If there are no team leaders online or not
enough, then we will just form parties with who is available.

Each team will consist of one Lord, one Viscount, and anywhere
between two to six (2-6) knights depending on the mission. Some
missions may allow sixteen or more and at that point, we could
place more knights in one party.

It is said that this game will have in-game forums as well as an
instant messenger service which will probably require an in game
account to use. But, as a guild, we are also testing the new xfire
messenger that is still in its beta form. We also hope to use
TeamSpeak within the game.

It is also said that there will be lands to take and defend by guilds
as well as a handful of castles that can be captured, bought, or won
in tournaments. If this is true, then we will need our own flag to
bare our crest and name on. We are currently trying to come up
with designs for a flag and crest.

As for the new ranking system, I guess I will give you guys a
preview of it here. It’s based on the European standard, all except
for Baron which will be Lord instead.

King= Guild Leader- Council
Queen= Guild Leader-Council
Duke= Realm Leader- Council- chosen by king and queen.
Marquis= Division Leader (will need 2) - chosen by king/queen and duke
Earl=Commander over PVP and PVM squads- chosen by Duke and Marquis.
Lord= Start with 5 per squad (will add as needed)= Team leaders-chosen by Earl
Viscount= Start with 5 per squad(will add as needed) = secondary team leaders- successors to the lords-chosen by their lords.these guys will automatically become lord of his team if his lord moves up or quits.
Knight= These are full members- allowed in by their Marquis and Duke.
Squire= These are knights in training. New comers must finish a probationary period of 3 weeks before becoming knight.

*Note = All appointed rankings must be approved by the Duke in the games Council forum. (ex: if a lord appoints a knight up to viscount then he must first ok it with his earl, from there the earl will get it approved by the duke in games council) chain of command is very important.

got to start somewhere dude. Most of our members are a little older. But our ages range I think from 13 to about 50, so it is a variety.

I hope that your guild goes really well Mid00....I also want to suggest you to an alliance of guilds than I'm a council member for. It's called the Alliance of Evil, and we are growing quickly. We almost have a website, but we're working on it.

Meanwhile, come to our forums. Look around and see what you like. It's very much only a local non-GW community at the moment, but once the game goes gold, we will begin planning game and tournaments and the like.

I will definitely come check out the forums. About the alliance though, Im not sure if the council of my clan wants to ally with an evil guild. Dont get me wrong, we might want to. But we are still deciding if we are going to be allying with Good/Neutral guilds or Evil/Neutral guild, so im not sure.

I will bring this to their attention though. Meanwhile, you are welcome to check out our forums as well.

Well, by the name of Hell Reapers, you sounded like an evil guild, so that was my assumption.

hehe we definitely sound evil. But as a guild of 3 games now (Diablo II, WC3, and GW) its just a name carreid from the other games.
