Skills from quests in post-searing Ascalon
Remember, if you want to find a specific skill, bring up the “find” (usually ctrl+f) menu on your browser
Note that some quest givers will give you a quest that gives you skills from both of your professions, so they are listed under each class
These trainers include:
Hollis, Grand Mason Stone Cleaver, Master Saberlin, Farmer Dirk, Inspector Caleb, Elder Hezron, Archivist Ithimar

Ah crap, I shoulda wrote these down. Im just finishing up the last few quests left in Post Searing, and have done all the skill quests for Warrior / Mesmer. Doh

You'll have to protect Devona on the way to kill off some Charr.
Was there another skill from that? In any case, that's at least where Infuse Health is, and maybe another one.

Bah I reported that stupid quest several times.
The guy your supposed to save is being aggroed by like 10 mobs and dies (usually before he's even in view on your screen).
The skill unlocked was um Vengeance I think? The spell where the person is resurrected with full health and full energy but dies 60 seconds after the spell is cast. It's an enchantment.

When you make it to Yak's bend, talk to the CAPTAIN.
the skills he teaches you are numerous. he had about 12 listed for my ele/mez.
one of the coolest skills i got was fragility, from either him or one of the two quests you get there, by talking to your respective class-person.
I'm gonna go check, and edit this post.
ok, he (Cap'n Osric) offers for certain:
elementalist
fireball
magnetic aura
mesmer
diversion
phantom pain
shatter hex
and these that I have may have come from him (if not, then you quest for them there):
elementalist
earth attunement
eruption
mesmer
distortion
power spike

from what I've noticed, most of the skills skill trainers have are skills that were obtainable from quests before that point....captian osric gave had about 4 skills availiable, and they were ones I missed before

true, but when I got there I had already done some quests, and he still had skills I'd never seen.
so it's worthwhile to point out.
besides, until he had a exclmation above his head I didn't know he offered the service. |

You get Strength of Honor from Priestess Rashena in Serenity Temple (along with that Infuse Health one) for taking Devona to the Pockmark Flats (Quest: Replacement Healers)

Yeah, walk out of the sanitarium and go right. Go on the quest to find Pius(abbot, not sure if Pius is right). Once you've finished that quest there will be a new one that unlocks. I won't say what that quest is that's unlocked, because it's kind of a spoiler. But anywho, the quest that's unlocked is Resurrect.
